Slam Jam offers a straightforward return process, allowing you to return items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release items may be subject to specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid rejection.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
